Returns:
Personalised/bespoke goods are non-refundable unless faulty. If faulty, please use the returns label in your parcel or return it to us at:
Dinky Artist, Suite 3, 56a High Street, Windrush Court, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 6ET
Our policy lasts 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds:
Once your return is received we will notify you.
It will be inspected and if faulty your refund will be processed or a replacement product will be dispatched.
How you'll be refunded:
You’ll receive a refund within 7 days of returning the item to the same payment method you used. For items bought with gift cards, we’ll send an e-gift card to the email address that was used to make the purchase.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. Please send us your item back using the address above and once received we will replace your gift for you.
